MLS Hot Sheets- check daily to make sure you have first shot at any new listings that might work for you. Prospect Searches- all new listings are searched automatically and put into a special file just for you. Know the Neighborhoods Search FSBOs- follow up on any for-sale-by-owner properties that might work for you and arrange for you to see them. Tour Properties- there's no substitute for my seeing as many active listings as possible each week.  I may already have visited the right home for you. Show Every Company's Listings- - I will show you all the listings that meet your needs, regardless of what company they are listed with.  I Listen, You Talk- This is the most important part of the process!  As we tour properties together, you point out what you do and don't like.  I continually refine my search process based on your feedback. You're the Boss- Seen interesting picture ads in real estate books?  An intriguing newspaper ad? A sign on a property you drove by?  Call me with the ad or sign info, and I'll check them out for you...fast! Multiple Listing- I have both the Washington and Oregon multiple listing services on my computers at home.  If a property is listed, I can find it and show it to you.
